Imagine a young SaaS team that has created an innovative solution for the healthcare sector. They have a brilliant idea, a working prototype, and their first customers—but now comes the big question: how do they scale the product, reach more users, and fully leverage the potential of Microsoft cloud?
This is where APN Promise steps in. With our experience supporting Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)—companies that develop and sell software solutions for other businesses—we help these teams transform their ideas into fully functional, scalable products ready for global markets.
The year 2025 is coming to an end, and we’re already looking ahead to the technologies that will shape business and cloud solutions in the next year.
Microsoft Azure is keeping pace – especially in artificial intelligence, where partners can access increasingly advanced tools for app integration, process automation, and building innovative solutions for their clients.
In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, businesses are increasingly turning to cloud solutions to drive innovation, enhance scalability, and streamline operations. Microsoft Azure, a leading cloud platform, offers a comprehensive suite of services that empower organizations to achieve these objectives. Partnering with a Microsoft Azure Partner can significantly amplify the benefits of Azure, providing tailored solutions and expert guidance.
Microsoft has expanded the CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) program, allowing companies to sign three-year subscriptions for selected solutions such as Microsoft 365 E3/E5, Teams Enterprise, or the E5 Security/Compliance mini-suite. For many organizations, this represents an opportunity for greater budget predictability and simplified procurement processes.
Today, partnership in the area of Microsoft Business Applications is much more than product knowledge. It’s a constant movement in the ecosystem of programs, incentives, migration offers, workshops and changing priorities of Microsoft. It’s easy to get lost in it. It’s even easier to miss out on real growth opportunities.
Microsoft Ignite 2025 was not a conference, it was an announcement of a new paradigm of work. The concept of “Frontier Firms” radically redefines the future: these are organizations that are led by humans and operated by AI agents. In this way, technology ceases to be just a support and becomes an autonomous foundation for business operations.
Our job as CSP partners is now to guide customers through this transformation. Let’s forget about selling individual licenses. Today, we sell the strategy, implementation, and management of the AI ecosystem. Let’s take a look at each of the key innovations and how they affect our business next year.
The year 2026 is shaping up to be one of the most important moments for the CSP ecosystem. Microsoft has announced a global Microsoft 365 pricing update (effective from July 1, 2026), along with a broad set of new features across AI, security, and management.
For years, Microsoft 365 E5 Security has been the gold standard for Zero Trust architecture. However, for many customers (especially in the mid-sized business segment), the full E5 license was a price barrier. M365 E3 customers often didn’t need all the components of the E5, but they lacked a flexible option to extend security.
In the age of advanced cyber threats, such as Ransomware-as-a-Service and highly targeted phishing, relying on the basic security features of M365 E3 has become too risky. For your client, every unsecured identity or device is a potential gateway for an attack whose cost is many times higher than the price difference between E3 and E5.
The fourth quarter of 2025 brings a series of significant changes aimed at standardizing pricing, enhancing security in the Partner Center, and further structuring the Microsoft 365 offerings, including variants with and without the Teams service. These changes are crucial for partners operating in the CSP model and servicing Enterprise Agreement customers.
