Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution and Excellence:
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs and identify digital transformation opportunities.
- Develop strategies to close strategic end-to-end sales.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, including webinars.
- Participate in defining marketing priorities for the Data area.
- Present and demonstrate the value of Microsoft technologies (Fabric, Synapse, ADF, Databricks, Power BI).
- Lead consultative customer conversations and collaborate on sales opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners.
- Manage pipeline and ensure forecast accuracy.
- Complete required training and certifications.
- Identify high-potential customers through account planning.
- Participate in resource planning for project execution.
Scaling and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Service Delivery and Account Managers to sell and deliver solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Microsoft representatives for joint value delivery.
- Orchestrate resources to support customer engagements and accelerate deal closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize sales agreements.
Technical Expertise:
- Act as a subject matter expert, sharing best practices and competitive knowledge.
- Envision and promote company offerings in the Data area.
- Lead technical demonstrations to prove Microsoft solutions’ capabilities.
- Address technical objections and guide customers through implementation.
- Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
- 3+ years of technology-related sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred:
- Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies in the Data area.
- Experience in enterprise solution selling and stakeholder management.
- Certifications related to Microsoft technologies are an additional asset.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Fabric, Synapse, ADF, Databricks, Power BI).
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive digital transformation through innovative technology solutions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts.
