Senior Account Manager Direct Business – Romania

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new clients and expanding the portfolio of products and services among existing clients, including the public sector;
  • Building and maintaining long-term, sustainable relationships with clients and analyzing their needs;
  • Being responsible for the Romanian market;
  • Implementing the established sales plans according to the company’s strategy;
  • Managing the process of negotiation and renegotiation of contracts;
  • Preparing presentations and offers;
  • Actively creating interest in technological solutions and analyzing market trends.

Our Requirements:

  • 5- 7 years of experience in similar role, or in the role of Commercial Director;
  • Very good knowledge in the area of selling Microsoft services and products;
  • Good knowledge of SEE markets;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation, as well as sales processes;
  • Highly developed communication skills, ability to network and build professional relationships;
  • Ability to work in virtual environment;
  • Willingness to undertake business travel;
  • Good command of English.
