Key Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new clients and expanding the portfolio of products and services among existing clients, including the public sector;
- Building and maintaining long-term, sustainable relationships with clients and analyzing their needs;
- Being responsible for the Romanian market;
- Implementing the established sales plans according to the company’s strategy;
- Managing the process of negotiation and renegotiation of contracts;
- Preparing presentations and offers;
- Actively creating interest in technological solutions and analyzing market trends.
Our Requirements:
- 5- 7 years of experience in similar role, or in the role of Commercial Director;
- Very good knowledge in the area of selling Microsoft services and products;
- Good knowledge of SEE markets;
- Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation, as well as sales processes;
- Highly developed communication skills, ability to network and build professional relationships;
- Ability to work in virtual environment;
- Willingness to undertake business travel;
- Good command of English.
