Finance Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of Promise Group. This position will oversee all financial activities, including finance, accounting and payroll, ensuring that our financial operations are aligned with our strategic goals and compliant with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust background in finance and accounting, and a proven track record of leadership in similar roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Finance Director at Promise Group will be responsible for comprehensive management of the company’s financial department, including strategic planning, financial control, reporting, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and accounting standards. Key areas include tax management, financial statement audits, liquidity management, banking relations, international accounting standards, and financial team management.

Our requirements:

  • Higher education in a relevant field (finance, accounting, economics);
  • 1 year of experience in Financial Director Position;
  • 7 years of experience in a Chief Accountant position;
  • Experience with VAT, CIT, WHT, MDR, and transfer pricing;
  • Managing tax settlements and collaborating with tax advisors;
  • Auditing financial statements and implementing recommendations;
  • Knowledge of International Accounting Standards and financial statement consolidation;
  • Forecasting and monitoring cash flows;
  • Risk minimization strategies and credit limit management;
  • Managing banking relationships and analyzing credit agreements;
  • Supervising and optimizing payroll processes;
  • Knowledge of import procedures from outside the European Union and WNT and WDT;
  • Ability to prepare financial statements and management reports;
  • Setting and monitoring team goals;
  • Managing financial processes and team development;
  • Effective time and priority management;
  • Analytical and organizational skills;
  • Communicativeness, responsibility, and conscientiousness;
  • Fluent knowledge of accounting software and MS Office package;
  • Knowledge of English at least at B2 level.
