Key Responsibilities:

Participation in IT projects and analysis and creation of business requirements specifications;
Implementation of Microsoft products, i.e. Microsoft 365 eg. Exchange online, SharePoint online, Entra ID;
Migration of mail and data to the above-mentioned systems from on-prem solutions like Lotus Notes, Postfix, home and others using native Microsoft tools and 3rd party tools;
Consulting and troubleshooting with M365.
Adoption projects to M365 (webinars, instructions, educational websites);
Configuration of tools supporting O365 (backup tools, central signature management, tools for synchronizing contacts on mobile devices);
Conducting training for administrators on the management and configuration of Microsoft 365 services.
M365 Sec consultancy.
Mentoring juniors.

Our Requirements:

Over 4 years of experience in a similar position;
Very good knowledge of: O365, Exchange, M365, Entra ID, Graph API, Purview, Defender, Entity, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, CAF;
Certifications: MS 102, MS 700; nice to have: SC 200;
Experience in implementing Microsoft products;
Readiness to conduct webinars and training.
Presales and business skills;
Experience in implementation companies, with a strong emphasis on working with external clients;
English language skills at least at B2 level.
