Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Recruiter who will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process (end to end) for various IT positions including analysts, engineers, presales specialists and others. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Microsoft technologies and software, have experience in international recruiting, and have the ability to conduct mass recruiting with a focus on candidate quality. We are looking for a person who is not afraid of change and the dynamic pace of working in a rapidly changing market.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full recruitment process (end to end) for various IT positions;
  • Creating and executing effective candidate sourcing strategies with a focus on quality;
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their recruitment needs and maintain constant contact with them;
  • Conducting interviews, assessing technical skills and fit with organizational culture;
  • Building and maintaining a database of potential candidates;
  • Monitoring the labor market and competition to adjust recruitment strategies on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in IT recruitment, including experience in international recruitment;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technology and software;
  • Experience in recruiting for positions such as analysts, engineers, presales specialists;
  • Ability to conduct mass recruitment with high quality candidates;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum B2+ level; knowledge of Russian will be an asset;
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitments simultaneously;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with recruiting managers.
